After 5 years my Cool frames broke. I had just put new lenses in them. My optometrist said the frames were no longer available. I went on Cool Frames and in 10 minutes I had new frames on their way to me. They were available. In a couple days they were here and I am now wearing them. Cool frames also sent the magnetic sunglasses that fit them. And I got a $14 discount for being a retired member of the military.
