Our eye doctor didn’t carry the Oakleys my son likes anymore. You made him a very happy kid!

This was my first experience with prescription lenses and the experience has been a little trying because of the difficulties of long-distance communication. Eton in customer support has been amazingly patient and supportive in walking me through the process. It took a couple of tries but I got the designer frames I wanted and my glasses were half of what I would have paid at the chain optical store. Lee, the owner, took the time to explain how progressive lenses work and that was really helpful. Honestly, communication could be better and the return policy is a little misleading but Coolframes went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase.

I was very happy with my experience. I was replacing broken frames, so I was easily able to find correct model and order them. I was informed via email when they shipped, and they arrived in a timely manner, well-packaged.
