Tamra has been THE BEST. She was super helpful when I ordered my glasses and sunglasses. When I got them, it turns out the prescription was wrong. This was not CoolFrames' fault, it was the eye doctor's fault who examined me in Indiana. Despite them not being at fault, they allowed me to send my glasses back in to be fixed for free. I am still waiting on one pair, but the sunglasses are great. Through the whole process, Tamra responded so fast every time (our email thread is about 40 emails long), she was super friendly and informative, and she definitely knows her stuff. Fantastic customer service.

My 5 star review is for my Prada glasses, they are beautiful, great price which saved me a lot of money. Customer service was excellent, I will be back to purchase glasses in the future. I highly recommend.

For under $100 without using my insurance benefits the quality is top notch, the lens quality is way beyond what it should be for less than $100. My $450 pair purchased using insurance at a different supplier will never be worn again, they are low quality poor lens quality compared to the cool frames glasses. I will never buy another pair anywhere except here at cool frames

Mark the customer service representative I dealt with was a good listener and had the answers I needed and took care of the issue to my complete satisfaction. How you take care of your customers says a lot about a company and cool frames did right by me, five stars.
