There are too many options that are used to take money from the customers. The options should be placed in groups of whatever lens you want. At another site I bought glasses from, the antireflective coating was put on with the second best lens option. The was no extra payment for the coating. I figured the lenses from cool frames had the same thing going. I was wrong. To return the glasses I would have to pay return shipping, pay 10$ for the lens company and then pay for antireflective coating. I chose to just keep the glasses because I didn't want to give cool frames more money than they already have from me.

Frames feel flimsier than I expected. Also the color was not what I thought. Didn't like the final product

Worked w a customer service rep and walked me through an unfamiliar process and long story short I got the wrong frames. No big deal right, i paid the shipping to send them back and cool frames charged me 10 dollar restocking fee. Tried to discuss with a manager but got the runaround. I paid the 10 bucks got the right frames and the customer service was so poor I stopped pursuing. Terrible online shopping experience and worse customer servicw. Boo

I had to return a pair of eyeglasses because they were sent to me defective. I was told by my optician that they would always be a problem. I was told by Cool Frames that I could not get a full refund, even if they were defective. I should have taken the refund, minus the restocking fee. I had to pay an additional return fee of $9.95 for their error. I exchanged for a different frame, and I was told that they would make the exchange as soon as they received my defective frame. A week after they should have received it, I called them to check the status of my order, and they had not ordered the new frame yet! I was told it would be coming from overseas, so it would be two more weeks till they received it, and then they still would have to send it on to me. I spent more than a month getting the correct frame. I would rather pay more money and be able to get my needed glasses in a more timely manner. Takeaway: Don't use this company again!

Thus far i am not impressed or wowwed by cool frames. Placed my first online order for glasses, waited 3 days to get an email from cool franes stating that they had ordered my lenses and it would be 5 to 7 days before they received them. So 8 to 10 days for them to just get the lenses. My assumption is it will be 7 to 10 days for them to get the lenses in the frames and another who only knows how long to ship them to me. Waiting 2 weeks to a month to receive a pair of specs that I need to see and work is not what I would call a good deal....at any price! Will update when I have further info. At this point I am not pleased with this process or cool frames efficiency.

I bought a frame not knowing how I'd look in it. The frame was nice but didn't do anything for me, so I returned it. I knee there was a restocking fee for returns when I ordered. However, the amount is extremely high. I'll never order again from COOL FRAMES because of this fee.

After being told it was free delivery I then had to pay a £16 import charge after my glasses taking over 2 weeks to arrive. I am pleased with the glasses however, would be hesitant to shop with coolframes again in the future.

I needed frames right away so I paid extra for 2 day shipping on Monday and received my frames late on Friday because they took 2 days in shop to get my frames ready to be shipped. Not Cool.
