Well... I called immediately (as in a minute) after I placed the order and spoke with a customer service rep. I informed him that the frames I ordered accidentally had an incorrect size element and was told that the element I was concerned about would make no difference. Well, it has. The glasses I received do NOT fit the way my last pair has. Pretty upset about this.

Didn't have the right colour and the frames were different than the previous glasses I had with the same specs because they're too small.

Didn't have lenses selected in stock so I asked if they could install lenses in my current frames (same as this out of stock), mailed my old frames in but they still charged me for the new frames (no refund given).

I ordered bifocals. Instead I received progressives, which will not work for me. Then I wrote to the company, and yet I have received no response at all.

I ordered a pair of Mykita Giselle frames and they sent different "Mykita" frames. Not to mention the frames had dust and fingerprints everywhere and looked used or like they were a display model. I am wondering if these are fakes as well because I own a pair of Mykita frames and they came with a Certificate of Autheticity. It is also strange to think they made an error in shipping the wrong glasses considering how expensive they are. I would think if they were real, you would be a lot more careful with your inventory.

Glasses smudge constantly and are very heavy. No use in returning as it’s 20% restocking fee plus no refund on lenses on $460 purchase. That means I get hardly anything back. Not even worth it.
