Highly recommend
I recently ordered a replacement TLG frame to swap my lenses from a frame that was broken by accident. CoolFrames came through for me as they were able to send me the exact frame I needed to swap out my progressive's. The price was very good as was their shipping turn-around time, I recommend this company and would use them again.

Great experience!
I was a little leery about ordering something like glasses online, but I was pleasantly surprised with my Cool Frames experience! The price for my name-brand frames was one-third of what my eye Dr was going to charge, and ordering online was easy. I got my new glasses in a little under 10 days, and they're perfect! I will order again when the need arises.

Wait until you get to know the company CEO!
I initially had an issue with coolframes.com about prescription lenses: the shape not been what I wanted. However got in contact with Lee WEISMAN, the CEO. Great guy! Solved everything. Lenses were redone, he exchanged an older frame unused that I had purchased a few years ago, all delivered with excellent quality and a top price! At the end Lee and I became friends through email, WhatsApp. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONLINE…
THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD (and I online shop a lot) I looked up two pairs of glasses that I found in a local eyeglass shop because they were too expensive in the store. I found the cheapest pair on CoolFrames. I had never heard of them so I googled their reviews and they were great so I went for it. I’m SO glad I did. When I looked up the glasses they said If I had any questions to text their customer service number so I did and they answered me immediately, helped me get a better discount, and found the second pair for me even though they weren’t on the site. THEN! To top it all off I ALREADY received them in the mail with the prescription lenses. I’ve never received glasses online that fast. You guys are KILLING IT!! I will always order from CoolFrames from now on.

I currently have the same frame I ordered and had no RX change. I wanted the same frame and found it on your site. Since my RX didn't change I wanted to have the old lenses put in the new frame because they have the transitions. I get a lot of requests from people about the frame. I just retired from from my optical job and am happy that I could have this frame.
