I'm normally very cautious buying online and was particularly sceptical considering that i was ordering from the US and shipping to Australia. As I could not find any other local shop or website selling the frames I accidentally broke, I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. I used the regular airmail and took about 2 weeks to deliver with tracking so I could see it progress from the US through to Australia. It was packaged well and the simple but complimentary Christmas wrapping was a nice touch.

Coolframes is an awesome site, got my son frames $65 cheaper than the stores on the street. Got it somewhat quick,in a WK with 2day ship& processing. Wished I got it in a actual 2day period. I paid extra for 2day ship so I wouldn't have to deal with USPS during holiday shopping time. But , I will definitely order from coolframes again.
