Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Excellent service , great deals.

We were hesitant buying glasses online. We had checked out a few other popular sites but decided on coolframes because they were the only ones offering Trivex lenses with the frameless Silhouettes I wanted. I received the glasses about two weeks after ordering and I'm extremely happy with them! This was the most affordable site and they offered exactly what I needed... Win-win

I was skeptical to purchase my prescription glass online. I needed progressive, transition and antireflection with a strong prescription. My eye doctor quoted me an out landaus price that led to purchasing my glasses with Coolframe. It was easy to complete the order. The recommendation was fair and accurate. I was able to save over $300. I received my glasses earlier than I excepted. My glasses are exactly what I wanted and more!

Easy website, great selection and fast shipping. Will definitely use this company again.

Well the shipping was quick, I think only 4 days to get to me in Orlando. So that was nice. The John Lennon SG (Silver/Gold) Authentic frames seem to be of really high quality. Upon unpacking them, which was very nice, the left temple arm was at a much different angle than the right temple arm. The right arm looked proportionally correct to the rest of the frames but the left arm was way too out of symmetry. I REALLY insist on my eyewear to be proportionally correct. Now, I will go to my Eye Rx store for a Doctor Exam and give the frames to them(after getting the pupils measured for MY specific distance, etc.), of course. And hopefully the technician there can use their special tools to straighten everything for fit and symmetry! I will right another review AFTER I get them back from the eye lab! Thanks COOL FRAMES!

This is my second experience with Coolframe in one month. This time my order was a little bit late so I was ready to cancel it. I called the customer service and the lady transfer the call to a supervisor. When I told her I wanted to cancel the order anyway she transfer me to a manager. Here is where my review really starts. My call was answered by a gentleman called Mr Weissman , I’m sorry but I have to mention his last name because people out there deserve to know this person. People out there deserve to do business with this gentleman. If you’re missing the long time lost feeling of what is being treated like a real customer, like a very important person, then you need to speak with Mr Weissman in Coolframe, and only then you can understand what I’m talking about. He asked me for two days to fix my problem. Less than 24 hours later he called me and assured me that my order was coming from overseas and he was doing everything on his power to fix it as soon as possible. Less than 24 hours later I received the overnight shipping confirmation from FedEx. My sunglasses arrived in mint condition, factory brand new. I’m very very happy with them. I haven’t seen in a very long time, not even in the high end places I visit, such a professional service, such a very personal interest in putting the customer first, making sure the customer was happy and as he perfectly put it: I wanted you to enjoy your purchase and I want you to come back and do business with me again, that’s exactly what happened. I’m a very happy customer I I’m ready to do business with them again. I highly recommend this place for every eyewear need you can have. Trust me, you are going to enjoy it.

I expected a longer turnaround, but received my glasses with prescription in less than a week.

Easy order process, shipped and delivered with 3 weeks and my glasses are gorgeous and lens the perfect prescription 👍😀
