I like the glasses frames, however the size were slightly small that my Previous frames and my lenses did not fitted. When I call to verified the order accuracy , the respond was not friendly and made me feel that it was my problem . The woman had not customers skills.

Abigail fail to disclose certain rules of my purchase, and my item purchased arrived without the glasses I sent to have repaired. Thanks again and please thank Lee for me!!!

Everything was great until issues with deliveries occured .then no replying to emails -nothing.Customer service has to be good not only when everything is going smoothly,but especially there are some issues.i would not recommend to order here because You will have issues with delivery and when it will appear no one will answer You.i dont know when or if i get my glasses at all.EDIT,finally my glasses arrived after 3 months,had to make customs clearance,but i must say,glasses are even better than i expected,i am very happy with them and for that updating my review.

Frames were correct and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I did not take the time to search for other deals on the same frame and found them after the fact for 25% less.

Great choice of frames and savings on prescription lenses

My orders are processed lightening quick. My glasses have always arrived prior to the promised date and I have ordered 4 pairs. The company is a good and a reliable vendor. Mailing is not free of charge unless requested. It would be better if the order taker could look at previous billings to determine if this cost should be levied again. Also it was necessary to confirm the details of my prior order to insure it was correct. Take the time to do that . As a customer I couldn't be happier with this vendor.

I received my new glasses and noticed immediately that they were the smaller version of the glasses I ordered. I read the numbers on the order and on my existing glasses and could not find the frame modifying numbers that the order showed. This is my first time trying to order glasses myself. I am very satisfied with everything else, the placement of the bifocals, the prescription, the price, the style. I checked the entire order, it was as delivered. The smaller glasses fit. I wish I hadn't missed whatever small clue that would have obtained the larger frame size that I needed. I am a 6' larger lady, and the size does make a difference in how the glasses look on me.
