I ordered two items from Cool Frames and got a response back that one wasn't available and that I could pick another one, get refunded or wait until it is in stock. I chose to be refunded and send the other item i ordered. Haven't received my refund and got my first item with a receipt that both will be sent but don't know when that will be. This was notified to me 3-22-2018 and have been charged the full amount with no refund.

I am very disappointed with my glasses because the photo you put on the internet makes them look larger than what they are.

Shipping took longer than max of 12 days described on website. Still have not received glasses after 2 weeks.

The RETURN/Exchange process is VERY lacking in communication and process. Many times I had to communicate via email, to have amendments made: such as charge being in USD and not in AUD. Their website is not at all clear with its instructions.

Glasses don’t close properly and I wish I was warned about how thick my lenses would be. I would’ve chosen a thinner lens.. However, the price for the frame was great and delivery was fast enough.

Ordered frames with expedited shipping only to find out that Coolframes had to get them from the manufacturer first. Which of course makes me wonder why I paid expedited shipping. It took approximately a week for cool frames to get them, and about 1 week and 2-3 days for me to receive them. I was disappointed in that process, as it was not made clear when I ordered them. The frames themselves were as expected.
