Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Don't be fooled by them saying free delivery to U.K. The small print is there- ended up costing £16.50 in customs charges Fair enough it is in the small print but it's misleading

I am not impressed with their customer service. They sent the wrong frames - very cute, but wrong color. I emailed them to let them know and they said they would email a return label. Two weeks later I still had not received it so I emailed them again. I had to email them once again to finally get it. I did like the frames they sent but wanted to see the original color I ordered to decide between the two. I emailed them to see if I could purchase them, try them together, then return the pair I did not want for a refund. They said I could for a 20% restock fee for the pair I returned. I feel since it was their error they should have not charged the restock fee. Also, in the mean time I checked the Better Business Bureau for info on stamps.com, the company they use to return the frames through, and it has a terrible history so I was concerned if I returned one pair I’d never get the refund for them. I decided to just keep the wrong color and cut my losses. I will never order from them again.

20 percent restocking fee . Outrageous.

I did not get clear information about delivery time and Shipping information was very vague.

Customer service was poor to say the least. Being charged a 20% "restock fee" for an item that was returned unworn and in brand new condition is pathetic. I definitely wouldn't shop here again.

Return policy: I do not like what you have for return policy. Your other competitors do 30 days full refund return policy. Very disappointed. About Frame: Frame is perfect. No problem there.

Took months to get the frames I wanted back ordered a long time. Once I did get them the arm broke day one, and what followed was poor customer service to have them replaced. They made me pay for them in full again to get a replacement and them screwed up the replacement order and charged me a restock fee and shipping twice. When I confronted them with the mistake of shipping the clip on sun glasses that should not have been sent the second time they gave me a hard time. I do not recommend them and certainly will not buy from them again. Buy your frames from you local optical company or doctor. You will be glad that you did!

Items were correct and well packaged, but despite paying additional for 2-day shipping, it took more than a week to receive the order. Also, there are no product reviews on this site, or ability to provide reviews; otherwise I might not have gone through the hassle of purchasing a "designer" frame that turned out to be low quality junk. There are only select "testimonials" posted lauding the company.
