Great customer service, I expected more with the packaging of the product,not just a cheap sleeve for expensive glasses, shipping was on time . The presentation is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

So I only read the bad reviews and some of the good reviews. I was really hesitant to buy my converse frames given the bad reviews. But they arrived and in great condition. I love them. They looked small for my head at first but they fit perfectly. I’m pretty happy about them. I don’t think they were badly priced either.

Well I didn't have a bad experience necessarily but I only found out that my glasses wouldn't be delivered on the expected date because I asked the text chat/help messenger…but my glasses arrived only two days later so no real harm was done

I'm a regular customer however last purchase unfortunately there was coating defects and lenses returned back and more than I was expecting the after sales are so professionals and lenses replaced and new ones are perfect. Thanks for all after sale Customer care especially Anne they make return although consuming time for international shipping but all through experience still great 👍

Excellent glasses and a perfect prescription. Took over a month to arrive, as they had to order the frame and the first lenses produced were not of adequate quality. I appreciated that they took their time to get it right.

My glasses were perfect. Would have been nice if there was a warning at checkout about the possibility of paying duty. My duty and additional tax ended up being an additional $99.00.
