I had no issues with the customer service, they were able to apply my insurance to the order and where communicative. I paid extra for polycarbonate glasses and anti-glare coating, and it scratched badly and started chipping by the third day of wear. Now after a year, there are multiple areas of the glasses that are peeling and it makes it hard to see... which defeats the purpose of glasses anyways!

Advertised frames that are no longer available from the manufacturer - and haven't been for some years now! Still waiting for my refund

Clear plastic frames arrived with corrected lenses separate. Blank lenses in the frames had to be forced out to the point of breaking them. Then, extremely difficult to install corrected ones. Won't use again.

Ordered my glasses one of which was an IC Berlin frame, with comes with a cleaning and care kit, did not get it. Other glasses, overall order was "ok", nothing spectacular to comment on.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses through CoolFrames. My first prescription pair I thought the lenses were dirty because there always seemed to be something in my vision but it turned out the lenses are just VERY reflective. What I thought was a smudge on the lens was actually my reflection, if that makes sense. I've never experienced that in any glasses I've bought before. My second pair I ordered were prescription sunglasses but when they arrived they had clear lenses with the dark lenses loose in the box. Like they had just been popped out and thrown in with my order. When I emailed about this mistake (very prompt response which was nice!) they said I had ordered clear lenses for the sunglasses 🤔 and that I'd have to send them back to be tinted. I was also a little annoyed by all the empty lens envelopes, garbage really, that they threw in with my order. The customer service was very prompt but I feel like in this case, you get what you pay for 😑

Takes too long to get your glasses and no way to track your package... The only thing I know, is that it's on is way !!! Ordered 3 weeks ago and still waiting...
