I have not yet received my mount because I am in France, (currently at the French customs). However, they were shipped immediately. Coolframes seems very serious because answers my questions, a lot of reactivity. I just have to wait. The path is traceable on the internet with the parcel number.

The photos on the website gave an accurate portrayal of the frame I ordered and the service was really fast. It came packaged nicely and a case was included. Very pleased
