I ordered my frames and the delivery time was on target, and the frames were in great condition. and they were a perfect fit. I would do business in the future and refer family and friends to Cool Frames.

I had a great experience. Easy purchase and had no issues entering my prescription. I looked everywhere for a low price of the style of frame I wanted and this website was by far the best. They arrived fast for Canada (less than 2 weeks) and with no customs fees. Arrived in new condition and are 100% authentic. I know this because my boyfriend has the same frames which he bought directly from brand. My only critique is that they were unbalanced but was quick and free to correct at an eyewear store. :)
