They called and sent an email to let me know my frames were on back order. I was also given the option to cancel my order. The staff was very courteous.

Very affordable pricing, and they swapped out the lenses from my old frames to my new frames free of change. Communication via email was responsive and friendly. Shipping was very quick. Would buy from again.
