Glasses are beautiful I really love them arrived safely in good packaging. Only reason not five stars is I didn't receive the glasses I thought I ordered so maybe the site was not clear enough as it seemed I never noticed even after placing my order that I had ordered the wrong thing.

Because they are frameless the shape of the frame wasn't visible. A little better picture would have helped

The frames felt like they were a store model. Not exactly “new”

The glasses were exactly as expected. Not sure how they can sell Tom Ford and was concerned they would be fakes but they seem like the real deal. I also did not realize it was USFunds. So that added 40% so they were the same price as Tom Ford. I paid for 2 days shipping and it took a week. So I would just buy from Tom Ford next time.

All went well- Coolframes did a fantastic job- the frames arrived as ordered. Thank you! The only problem was the length of delivery time- at least 4 weeks. This was not the fault of Coolframes whatsoever but the postal service of two countries and border customs departments.

Timely delivery, reasonable price, excellent packaging, case and cloth wipe included. This was my second order with CoolFrames.com

Love the new frames purchased from coolframes.com! Not only did I save half of what I would of spent at the eyeglass store, but they look and feel great as well. Ordering was a snap and free delivery was appreciated. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you.

The black on the frames from my Tap Out glasses began to peel off. Cool frames was responsive and replaced the frames free of charge which were less than a year old and under warranty. My only complaint is they charged $9.95 for shipping. Since the frames were defective, they should have covered that and recouped their full replacement cost through the manufacturer.
