Happy with your product I asked the women to send me a nose guard that fell off my last pair of glasses aperently that was forgotten other than that Iam ok with the glasses

I ordered glasses October 12, 2018, at 6:17 PM EDT DKNY glasses. However, I feel a little duped because nothing on the site said that these frames had to be specially ordered and could take longer to receive. I feel if you are going to sell frames on your site you should note to customers that frames are not readily in stock and have to be ordered overseas. Never in the order confirmation was this noted to me. I had to contact them and this was their response: Thank you for contacting us, Please be advised that we have contacted the manufacturer and this particular frame model has to be specially ordered frame an overseas warehouse which take 10-15 business days to arrive. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Once your order is ready to be shipped out we will notify you via email with your tracking number so that you may track your shipment. We appreciate your patience and we will keep you updated on your order status. Best, Samantha

First Pro :Return was acknowledged and processed immediately, I did not have to wonder if they were going to refund me CON: I received frames, opened them within 2 minutes of receiving, tried them on once, saw they did not fit my face, re-packaged in the box they came in, drove to post office, mailed them back to cool frames 30 min later. I HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING $10.00 AND there is a TWENTY PERCENT restocking fee for EACH PAIR of glasses you send back! So, you better KNOW you picked the right frames for your face! 20% restocking fee is excessive in my opinion and as a result I will not purchase from Coolframes again. Second Pro: large selection of frames

Recieved pink light frames, ordered copper & black. Evidently, their pink is called copper & black. Be selective ordering to make sure you order exactly what you want. Lady was quite abrasive on the phone.

poor return policy, too high re-stocking fee. response time is too long

Beautiful glasses but unfortunately not worth the money. I had to pay an extra £21.42 to get them from my post office. Customs charge VAT £13.42 + £8 handling fee. Had I been warned of this extra charge I would NOT have placed the order

My glasses have a noticeable scratch on the frame & were extremely dusty. This was really disappointing. Arrived fairly quickly.

Easy to order but took a week to get glasses less than 300 miles away
