Order my frames on 17th December and still yet to receive. Wouldn’t order from you again

Unacceptable length of time to wait for a pair of glasses. Four weeks for the first one. Had to return it cause the lenses weren't done properly and waited 6 weeks for the second pair. That's two and a half months for a pair of glasses. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Everything they sent me was scratched or defective. It`s like they sell all the old tried on pairs from optometrist offices or something nothing was new in wrapper.

The node pieces were not parallel to each other. One was lower than the other Had them adjusted 3 times. Had to jab Be my lenses put back in the old pair

I have been waiting several days for a reply from coolframes. I’ve emailed them a couple of times. My problem is that after I waited 2 weeks for my sunglasses I had a letter through my door saying that they couldn’t deliver my parcel until £17.39 had been paid in custom charges. I was billed in gb pounds and not warned when purchasing that there may be a customs charge, if I had of known this I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the purchase. I also could have got them cheaper from a local store and took them home that day.

I recently bought a pair of glasses from coolframes with anti-scratch coating. I've now had them for 5 months and they are absolutely covered in scratches, one lens in particular, which tells me this is not an issue with how I treat them. They are more scratched than my last pair of glasses which I wore daily for 5 years! When I phoned to inquire about my warranty, I was told I'd have to pay shipping both ways (from Canada) and a 10USD fee, and that I would not have my glasses for at least 5 weeks. When asked if I could receive new lenses and send the old ones back, I was bluntly told no. I'm also worried about the quality of the new lenses I will receive. To have this covered under warranty and still be expected to pay close to 50 dollars in fees and not have glasses for weeks is really unacceptable.

Wrong color frame was sent in the order.

Used the online tool to determine the proper size of the lenses I need to cover my glasses. When the frames arrived, the lenses were the correct size, but the bridge was too long so they will not cling to the glasses. Then there is a 20% restocking fee, on top of shipping both ways. Never again.
