My glasses arrived and they were…
My glasses arrived and they were crooked. I contacted cool frames and the told me to go get them adjusted at a local optical store. Really??? Poor after product support and customer service.

Hi Sandra, Local optical stores will almost always adjust your glasses for no charge at all. I understand how it may have came across, we would certainly be able to adjust them for you, but I am sure whomever you spoke to had the interest of your time in mind, as shipping back and forth to us would leave you without glasses for a while. If that’s not something you mind, please feel free to write to us and we will help you out.

I thought I was getting a good deal…
I thought I was getting a good deal buying these sunglasses through this site but you need to be mindful the wait was nearly three weeks and you will be charged import tax of £16.83. So the savings you may think you are making with all things being considered are pretty much negligible. Having said that the product I received was good and in good condition, next time though I'll probably just get them on store and pay the same price in the end.

Not convinced they are authentic
I am not convinced by the legitimacy of this product. They are much lighter & flimsier than the pair I looked at in a duty free store in an airport. The tortoise shell colour of the frames looks like a dodgy paint job.

thank you for the order, your frame is made by Luxottica the worlds largest producer of eyewear. we purchased one on your behalf and sent you a brand new frame. we are on line for over 20 years and have been just as long in our brick and mortar location in NYC. if for any reason you are not satisfied with the frame you recieved we would be more then happy to exchange it for you. please also know the purchase comes with a one year manufacturers warranty. The next day service is not accurate
The next day service is not accurate. It’s next day after the 3rd party gets the order which could be 48 hours. Double check and get honest answer before ordering.

Still waiting.
I placed my order on the 15th May and I still haven't received my order I'm a little disappointed in how long delivery has taken.

Unhappy that I've been charged £23 in…
Unhappy that I've been charged £23 in customs duties on my order from coolframes.co.uk. I've been directed to the small print, but think Cool Frames could go a LONG WAY to making this information way more upfront to the customer. My sunglasses have now cost me more than they would have done down the road. :(

The frames I received were defective and I was charged a restocking fee
The frames I received were defective in that one of the screws could not be removed by the optician. I returned them for a refund and was charged a 20%restocking fee. The fee would be reasonable if I had just changed my mind, but since the frames were defective it seems unfair to charge a restocking fee.
