Great customer service and a great pair…
Great customer service and a great pair of glasses. I ordered during the COVID lock down and thought there might be some delay, but my glasses arrived on time. I had an insurance issue that was handled very professionally by CoolFrames. I am very happy with the frames, lens and service. I will definitely use CoolFrames again for my next pair.

My frames are PERFECT and arrived…
My frames are PERFECT and arrived early!!! I saw my frames at my optometrist and saved over $200 plus they arrived 2 days early! I called with questions And spoke with Eton who was very helpful as well!!!

Service and selection in focus
Not only did they carry my hard to find favorite frames, but the customer service was great and frame shipped relatively quickly considering the current pandemic.
