Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

I have used Flexon Frames for many years and would not even consider another brand. They are very light weight, stylish and durable. I wanted the exact same frames and Cool Frames is the only place I could find them. I might also add, at a very fair price along with fast free shipping.

I was very pleased that Coolframes carried the brands and styles I wanted. The price was significantly less than my opticians office. Delivery was very prompt.

Cool Frames was 1/2 the price of my Eye Doctor and one of the best prices online. Secondly, they had the product in stock and shipping was prompt. Love the frames. Great Company to deal with.

I just received my second order from CoolFrames.com, and am very pleased with the product, great service, and great prices compared with my local optician. Both orders were for designer Silhouette frames with top of the line Varilux lenses. One order was for me and one was for my wife. In both cases, we were able to get exactly the frames we wanted, and the total price was around 20% less than the local optician. Delivery times were around 3.5 weeks from order date, which isn't bad considering the frames are imported. CoolFrames gave us timely status updates when the frames were ordered, when the lenses were ordered, and when the glasses were shipped. They were also timely in answering my questions via email. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience!

I'm extremely happy with the glasses I ordered. They are excellent quality and the price was very competitive. My experience of dealing with the Cool Frames team was also first rate: from the live chat conversation that helped me place the order, to the after sales team who handled all my queries efficiently. I would definitely re-order from Cool Frames, and I suggest you give them a try!

Recently bought glasses through coolframes.com and overall had a good experience. Just be aware that the lowest price on the web does come with a wait time. I freaked out after reading bad reviews and tried to cancel my order. Ended up going through with the order and received the sunglasses that I wanted. Despite the wait time the customer service is top notch and on top of everything. They had the best price on the web by $20 which was already a discount of $40 from retail. Would I order again? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes.

My name is Michael and I have recently placed 2 separate orders for 3 magnificent stunning Persol frames. I look forward to receiving my order. There are no words to describe the warmth and kindness all of the individuals that I recently spoke with over the phone regarding my recent orders. Unfortunately in life we are all too quick to find blame and criticize. It would be nice if we could all extend our appreciation and extend the " COMPLIMENTS" that so many individuals deserve yet never receive. I take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone at CoolFrames for " CARING" for customers like me. THANK YOU ! Michael P

I personally got great service, just do your research if buying in the UK. They will come from the US so may take a little longer and you will have to pay customs (around £20) to get them. But overall, i got updated when the lenses were ordered and updated again when they were shipped. They were also the only place I could find that had the exact frames I wanted so the additional wait and customs fee were acceptable to me.... maybe stick to the UK if you can find what you locally. Glasses are great so no complaints from me!
