I have mixed feelings. Did I get what I paid for, absolutely yes. I saved a ton of money, a little over 250.00 by going through my preferred Dr through insurance. So I went online to research and selected coolframes.com It was very easy to order if you have your sizes and prescription. However, in my experience the communication was sub-par. My order never changed online - just showed processing. Three Mondays (weeks) I was told "they are finishing up, and will be shipped out". So...bottom line, if you want to save money, and are not in a rush to get your new glasses, then this place is absolutely great. If you need them in a rush, look elsewhere. For reference, had I gotten my glasses from my preferred Dr....I would have had these in 5 days or less.

I like the glasses and prices but your delivery time is to slow. Actually the USPS did a great job, it was filling the order on your end that took too long

While the frames were exactly correct and I’m quite satisfied with the purchase, I was disappointed in the service time/shipping. I paid extra to have them 2 day shipped. Since it was just frames, I assumed that would be 2-3 days till they were in my hand. Unfortunately they had to ship to you first, then to me. Seems like the middle man slowed down the process. What I thought would take 2-3 days was closer to 9.

Ordered February 20th, received March 13th. Was the only place I could find that carried Eyecroxx brand frames. Good communication at first then, I had to email to get any updates on why my order was so delayed. Received glasses and workmanship is good.

Very slow shipping. No indication products that aren't in stock and will be shipped from overseas until after you purchase.

This transaction should have taken 3 weeks max yet it ended up taking 9 weeks since they sold me frames they couldn't get a hold of. I do wish they kept better inventory so they don't sell frames that are not available. They eventually substituted the same frame in a different color. Once they did that everything completed within 2 - 3 weeks. As for the glasses, they are top notch. It took me a couple days to get them adjusted correctly, but once adjusted I like them very much. I went with the Crizal PREVENCIA AR lens and they turned out exactly as promised, except for the resists smudges part. I am wiping smudges off of them all the time. I am pretty happy with the glasses, and ecstatic that I only had to pay $43 for progressives with all those coatings (after insurance). The same frames and comparable lenses priced locally would have cost me several hundred dollars out of pocket.

Glasses are nice, but they are really crooked

upon receipt of the order in The Netherlands, I had to pay duty charges of 22.5€, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered from the US. maybe some comments should be added regarding international orders and possible tax charges.
