Cracked lenses and had to pay to ship them back

Ordered a pair of eye glasses. Uploaded prescription while ordering. Glasses came with lenses that were useless.Vision was blurry.Don’t know who configured their lenses as it was clearly done by an untrained person. Lesson learned stick to local stores !

Customer service had completely forgotten to follow up. The order was wrong, and the delivery time Has being totally unacceptable

The frames I choose were too large. I contacted Cool Frames about returning or exchanging the product. They informed me that I should mail the frames back to them and they would reach out once they recieved the frames. I could tell they recived the frames on Friday but I waited for "their response" finally on Wednesday i emailed them asking about the return or exchange. They informed me they had already returned the product. Charged me a restocking fee and did not refund the lenses. I understand that is their policy...and that is why I was wanted to do an exchange, but they never gave me a chance. I've done numerous transactions over the years with online eye centers and this experience has by far been the worse yet.

My ordered item, Ralph Lauren RL5116T Eyeglasses says in the specs that it is made in Italy, but when the item arrived it was actually made in China. I don't know, maybe the item is not legit.

frames never came paid 75 bucks for nothing

I've ordered my glasses on the 10th of May.....since today the 18th I haven't received any delivery updates! Why is this so hard?!
