Excellent website providing measurements and model numbers... got the exact frames I needed after breaking the original frames. My local eyeglasses place closed so I could not go back there. You allowed me to reuse my lenses. Thank you also for the best prices with the discount and reasonable shipping cost.

Your company did great getting me my frames. I have purchased these frames twice before. Yes, this is my 3rd pair, but I haven't purchased them from you until now. The first 2 pair actually broke where the screw part is. They actually came apart and I'm really hoping that this doesn't happen with these.

I wish all companies online were as easy to work with as CoolFrames! My purchase arrived in a timely manner. I did have to return my purchase, but it was hassle free and my refund was back in my account in just a few days. My only complaint is that a 20% Restocking Charge seems a bit steep to me. Having said that, I would rather pay this fee and have the great service and integrity shown by this company. I would recommend this company over and above other eyeglass companies that I have tried in the past. Thank you, CoolFrames!

I had new lenses put in my old frames and of course the old ones broke. I ordered the same frames to reuse the lenses. They were in stock and arrived quickly. I’m very happy with my new frames and speed that I was back wearing my sunglasses.
