This is my second pair of frames from Cool Frames and I am again very happy with the frames, and my overall experiences purchasing from them. I had an issue this time with the wrong case being sent, and customer service was wonderful, replied quickly and resolved the issue immediately. I will continue to shop for my frames with them in the future.

Positive Experience
I am a returning customer. I just order frames since I prefer to fill my prescription locally. My orders were all filled quickly and the prices were great. Cool Frames wasn't able to fill my last order because the frames in the color I wanted were discontinued. Cool Frames notified me quickly by email and telephone and refunded my charge quickly.

Overall good experience...initial delay of 2 weeks on my order, which I chose expedited shipping on so I assumed they were in stock and ready to go... great customer service though...timely and respectful replys.
