I've used coolframes for probably more than a dozen pairs of glasses for all three of my kids at this point. Mostly, they have been great. The AR coating could use some work and inexplicably looks different in different lenses I've ordered despite selecting the same optioning. The anti-scratch add on is just silly and does not work at all. I have returned lenses that were scratched under warranty and had them replaced-- fairly painless process. I have also received one frame that had a defect, and again, returned them for a replacement, also fairly painlessly. I say "fairly" because sometimes their customer service representatives are both rude and lacking in knowledge, which is unfortunate. You have to be aware of the rules and warranties provided and be ready to educate the rep about them. Further, it almost seems like reps get a bonus for not accepting returns or something. I say this because I have heard so many bizarre things from reps about why a return I wanted to make wasn't covered. My personal favorite: "Your kids chewed on those lenses so thats why they're scratched." ...I'm sorry-- no. (They did return and replace those lenses after a little arguing). Anyway, all this to say, that I used CoolFrames in the first instance because they have a wide and fashionable selection of kids frames-- I continue to purchase from CoolFrames because of their sales/customer service representative GENESIS. This woman handles her work-- she gets you the answers you need immediately (and correct ones too!) and she is kind, professional, and pleasant to speak to. When she says she'll call you back, she ALWAYS does, and she works to find solutions that benefit you. This woman is a single woman QC show, I'm telling you. She needs a raise and like a seamless per diem and an assistant. :) Seriously though, GENESIS, THANK YOU!

Best pricing and upfront discounts vs basically all optical stores. Great selection also. Took about 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive. One of my lenses weren’t seated in the frames properly hence the 4 star review. The lens actually looks too big for the frame. Not really concerned as the lenses were free and will be going the Costco to replace lenses. My frames on the other hand are genuine and amazing quality (Prada linea Rossa). Will definitely order from here again and have been recommending the site to friends.

I really appreciate the online shopping! The frames I bought are very nice. My prescription is accurate also. I just wish the lenses adjusted to daylight darker. Otherwise great shopping!

I bought the Versace frames. They are black rectangle and far Superior to any other frames are lenses I've had before..

I wrote the review below about 3 weeks ago. I was notified that my lenses were under warranty for a year. Made me feel much better. The frames, lenses, delivery were all great upon arrival. However, I got a small scratch on one of my lenses without much of an effort despite having a non-scratch coating. I emailed into customer service, and never received a reply. That was very disappointing.
