I ordered (fairly expensive) sports frames on January 11th and am still waiting. They have responded to emails - the first reply was worrying as they didnt even seem to have my order. Apparently they have now said they were shipped on March 12th. The website is misleading in many respects as it at first looks like a UK based company.

No friction, but the frames they advertised had to be ordered from the manufacturer, and after waiting two weeks, they still weren’t here. I called and canceled the order. Too long of a wait, requested refund.

Haven’t received my glasses yet that I’ve been trying to get for three months. Submitted my information three separate times, only to find that the next time I called about it, the information was lost. They are friendly enough and prompt enough, but don’t seem to have it together to make an order.

We paid the extra money to do 2 day shipping since we were leaving town for a business trip and needed the frames before leaving. We didn't get the frames until ONE WEEK later. When I reached out to request a refund on the additional money paid for the 2 day shipping, we never heard back from anyone.

Frames were overpriced. Also a very short period of time to see how online purchased frames looked and fit in person before you couldn’t return them. Should be at least 14 days, not 5!

I love the sunglasses, Coolframes was the only online store I could find that stocked them online and in store. So although I live in the UK and they were coming from the USA I was really pleased that I would be able to have a pair. I ordered them in early July and finally had them in my hands on 6th November. Now I know they will take longer to get to the UK but 4 months is too long. I emailed the company several times and sometimes they were quick to get back to me and other times it was days waiting for a reply. The glasses had made it to the Uk the first time but had to be returned to sender I don’t know why I kept asking but they wouldn’t give me a straight answer. After emailing again and again wanting to know what was happening they emailed back saying they had got them back but didn’t let me know like they said they would, so again it was me bothering them and all this time they still had my money. To finish it off they said I would have to pay another $12 to get them shipped back to me or I could get a refund but they would have to take 20% off for restocking fees. So either way I was going to loss more money at their cost. I didn’t feel they were helpful or keeping me in the loop. I would never buy from them again too much hassle and frustration.
