The first pair of glasses I ordered were not available. So I ordered another pair that was suggested online. I received the wrong pair in the mail. I sent in pictures like I was asked and then was told a label would come over email for me to return glasses. Label never came. I had to call back the next day and finally got the label. Payment already processed but I have no glasses.

The frames are junk I was trying to replace the frames from that I received from the VA and they broke and these broke so I wish you had a better product

BE AWARE THAT THEY CHARGE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, PLUS YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING AND INS!!! It’s in tiny print amount all their other tiny print that 98% of customers don’t read. I purchased to try on 5 pair of frames to choose from and had no clue they would charge me for all that. $750 order! No other company I did that with charged a restocking fee and in fact, gave me 30 days free return including shipping, no questions ask. COOLFRAMES YOU NEED TO PUBLISH IN BOLD PRINT ON INVOICE BEFORE PURCHASE THAT YOU CHARGE 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND CUSTOMERS PAY FOR RETURN AND INS.! I won’t be ordering or recommending you anymore. If you’re going to be in business, act like a good business to do business with and quit trying to take customers money for no product! You need to negotiate a drop ship and return to vendor with no restocking fees for 30 days free and you pay return postage. Then you’ll get referrals as a responsible company to do business with. DONE!

You made a mistake when you ship the frames, i ordered 5505 and received 5504. I shipped the frame back and i have not received the correct frames and you robbed me since you have not communicated, nor shipped my frames nor reimbursed me either.

I’ll leave this at 1 star until I get my purchase. It cleared customs 6 days ago and have no valid tracking number that gives new updates. $500 purchase and no sign of it. If I receive them I’ll update and let y’all know.
