Loved that you had Betsy Johnson frames but hated how long it took to arrive..just frames without prescription in them. Also when I question difference between price of two of same frames was told lower price was not available so charged me $21 more….hummmm…great frames outweighed the issues

Great job, well done. But it would be better at intertnational sales to send the delivery note and the tracking number together with the order agreement. Would that take place 5 Stars could be given.

The process of ordering using my insurance for payment was efficient. I only had 2 issues; 1. my order was modified based on an assumption that I didn't mean to order a spare set of frames which I did intend, I would have appreciated being consulted first. 2.The online pricing of my order was adjusted after placement due to the fact that I uploaded my prescription as opposed to manually entering it and the complexity of my lenses, changed the cost. It would be beneficial from my observation that shoppers be informed upfront that this may occur. If I had known I would have manually entered my prescription. Even better would be a way of automating the process so immediate accurate price could occur with uploaded prescriptions being translated into the pricing model.

My address was not on my package. My local post office was awesome.

Shopping with you guys was a simple, painless process, & the main thing is that you had my desired frames in stock, and at a great price. I would have given 5 stars except the lenses were a little dirty around the edges when I 1st tried them on.

My initial review of one star was provided because after ordering my sunglasses, the only follow up that I received involved promotional messages. In fairness to CoolFrames, a customer service rep immediately reached out to inquire as to why I was unhappy. When I explained the situation, I was advised that my sunglasses were en route and told when I could look forward to receiving them. I appreciated the update and look forward to getting the sunglasses. So far, ordering was easy, pricing was very competitive, and if I get the sunglasses as promised, this will be a five star experience.

They came in the case inside a box with no packaging to prevent them from moving around the box during shipping.
