Good price but glasses not assembled…
Good price but glasses not assembled well. There is a very sharp clear string coming out of my frames.

Quality of frames
I ordered frames that looked exceptional online but when in hand not so great. Cheap hinges and plastic. Not good quality for price paid.

The trouble with online ordering…
The trouble with online ordering glasses is getting a precise fit. They are too tight! Also I thought I ordered progressive bifocals and received lined bifocals. Otherwise they are beautiful frames, just what I wanted.

The glasses are nice but I received…
The glasses are nice but I received them with a screw missing near the arm, allowing the gold rim to pop out. Easy fix but for the price, not what I would expect. I would give this site another shot.

Everything was great except I noticed that one of the lenses were chipped...

My first and last time buying online.
My first and last time buying online. The $80+ frame came with a small, but noticeable lack of paint. Since I am on process of moving, there weren't enough time for exchange. They did not offer full refund as of now.

As per your conversation with us we can have the frames replaced with a brand new pair as a small courtesy for the inconvenience experienced. We can also have the frames exchanged for any other frame. The manufacturer unfortunately assesses a restocking fee for returns which is the reason we were not able to offer you a full refund. I loved the selection of 'Fysh' frames…
I loved the selection of 'Fysh' frames and the prices were great with the summer promotion. I just wish their return/exchange policy was a little more lenient; I like to try on a few and send back the ones I don't like, but I missed the timeframe to do that and am stuck with three frames. Oh well, they're still nice but more money than I intended to spend. (Theres a 5 day window of time to exchange, which you can only do once before you start paying a 20% restocking fee and a 10 day window to return, along with the restocking fee, and you pay shipping and handling for both circumstances.)
