Better prices are available elsewhere and the customer service afterwards I thought was atrocious. If you have ever visited NYC - don’t expect to receive anything like that kind of customer service!! Glasses were delivered in good condition with solid packaging is the positive.

Glasses are very crooked....took them to the eye doctor twice ....need them adjusted again, third time. Otherwise it was fast service. The color was disappointing, color was prettier on the inside.

Unfortunately the restocking fee is assessed by the manufacturers for returned merchandise. It can be waived for an exchange for another frame (you would receive the full value of the frame towards the exchange). Really read the fine print in the return policy.. no only will they charge you to ship back your frames they will also charge an additional %20 restocking fee.. plus prescription lenses are non refundable. What a joke. Stick to clearly contacts where they provide free shipping and exchanges/refunds

I ordered a pair of frames, and paid for 2nd day shipping. I did receive the correct item, however, I received them 12 days later.
