Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Ordered sunglasses and than just recently Coach glasses with Crizell lenses and they are awesome I can see so easily and everything is so much brighter. I can’t say enough. Customer service/Sales very easy to contact. Will buy again Karen

It was fairly easy to find the frames I wanted and the customer service was great. I'll likely order another pair... especially if I get a discount.

I recently purchased a pair of B.M.E.C eyeglasses from Cool Frames. They originally arrived damaged, however shout out to Genesis for being awesome and getting me a replacement that arrived in perfect condition. The return process was easy and they covered the return shipping. I got a great deal on the glasses as well.

First off I would like to say EXCELLENT service! My order was received in a timely manner and I appreciate that. What made me write this review is the OUTSTANDING customer service they provided. For example, I entered the wrong prescription on one of my lens so I had sent an email to them that same day after business hours explaining the situation and I was contacted back the next morning which was great. Genesis was so kind in helping me and staying on contact with me about the whole situation and I would really like to thank that employee for providing the 10/10 service. I sent my glasses back and only took 1 week to fix my mistake and even sent back using the same shipping method I paid for previously which was superb. Overall I was extremely satisfied with CoolFrames and I will definitely be buying future lenses here. I love my new cartier frames and it's all thank to coolframes.com . I would recommend this business to anyone I know and don't always trust those bad reviews you may see. This company is great!

I ordered the wrong lenses and they were very helpful in helping get things sorted right away. Good products and good customer service. I'll be ordering again.

I just received my product and I LOVE IT. Shipping did take about a month, but that was no issue. I understand that these are hard times. But communication was AMAZING and FAST. I would literally send an email, and receive the a response the day I sent one out. The quality is so good and it is authentic! I purchased Versace frames.

I have purchased several eyeglasses from CoolFrames and every single order has been perfect, both in speed, communication and the item being exactly as ordered. I won't shop anywhere else. Plus, they always have the lowest price out there.

I was worried when I read some negative reviews but I thought hey great price why not. I am so glad I did. These glasses are awesome. Not a scratch on them. I am Canadian so I was worried about quality and shipping but I would have to say I would definitely recommend them
