We've gotten eyeglasses for my husband several times now from Cool Frames. They are easy to order, affordable and they carry the frames he favors. It took longer than usual this time to receive his glasses, but it was the holiday season, so not unusual for things to be a bit slow.

Its a very easy process, pick the lenses and then upload the prescription. Its that easy.... I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses, time has varied depending on availability. I did have to wait 30+ days for my latest purchase. Overall, great to deal with.

I would have given you 5 stars. The only thing that doesn't allow that to happen is that I believe your lab spent too much time to deliver the lenses, other than that everything went smooth.

They have many options to choose from,easy to navigate website,technician making the glasses called with a question, I appreciate the communication and both orders came within 2-3 weeks at avery good price.

Great selection and prices for the frames. The frames came 2 days later than the date reported, but still quickly for the holiday season.

My glasses came within a reasonable time and were well protected in packaging on the way. Had to sign for them. I like the frames, and the clip on sunglasses work well. They are nice and lightweight! My only issue is that the parts that go over the ears don’t seem to be angled in such a way as to keep them in place very well. Not sure if I can go somewhere to get them adjusted slightly or if that’s even possible.

Third purchase. Timely arrival from order placement to delivery. On-line and in-person customer service pleasant experience; any issues resolved quickly. Accommodating for lens upgrade of earlier purchased frames.
