I got the frames I wanted and they arrived intact. However, it should be MORE apparent that CoolFrames do NOT actually have the frames in hand. They advertise 1-day shipping but that is AFTER they order and receive the frames from the manufacturer. So there is a built-in 3-4 business day delay. After I placed my order, I got an email that said something like "your glasses were being ordered and they'd be shipped when received". That was the first time I realized that, instead of getting them the next day (I paid extra for next day shipping), it would actually be in 4-5 days. When I called to ask if I could cancel my order, the person on the other end said something like "Sorry, we can cancel within 1 hour but you called in 1 hour and 10 mins so we can't cancel." Then she proceeded to tell me I should have read it on the website. It is there but not PROMINENTLY because they want you to order, THEN find out there is a 3-4 day delay.

We've used CoolFrames twice now. Both pairs of glasses were excellent. However, customer service is always hit or miss. They also lie about prices when you use your insurance. They claim they cannot use the published sale price but must use "retail" price. I called eyemed and they said this is an outrageous LIE. Eyemed doesn't have anything to do with the price of the glasses you buy, they simple payout your insurance. We ordered twice because we did save a few dollars over other websites. Other people have had issues with the product, we didn't but you'll want to pay attention to those reviews.

The choice of glasses are great, and so are the prices, but shipping needs improvement. I paid for two day shipping and got them 10 days later, I was told I did get two day shipping, they were shipped two days "after they were ready". I asked for a refund on my additional shipping charged and they denied it.

So when I purchase my glasses, I thought they were adult glasses. When I received my glasses they were kids glasses. Not only wasn’t it described specifically I got a return, but was charged a restocking fee of 20%. So beware before ordering.

The frames came well packaged and in perfect conditions, however they came too late and I had left the hotel, so I had to return to pick them, waisting too much time... and money

Relatively poor quality frame. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.

I have ordered the exactly same size as my other one but my lenses don't fit properly in the frame

found out all glasses come apart in a small slot where arm attaches to rim. These did not. I had to pay someone $20 to break the rim and then solder back once lense was in place
