The prescription was written incorrectly by my doctor. CoolFrames contacted me about it and I told them to make the lenses only for reading. They did not follow my instructions. The lenses had to be remade and I had to pay $30. They are the experts and should have known better and presented questions to me to assure we had a meeting of the minds. When the frames were sent back with the new lenses the glasses literally fell off my face. CoolFrames told me I would have to take them to someone locally to have them adjusted. The frames fit fine before they had to replace the lenses. Very disappointed in this first experience with CoolFrames and will not buy from them again.

It's my error for not reading the fine print on the return (non-exchange) policy. A 20% restocking fee is ridiculous. I will not be ordered from this company again.

I was disappointed when I went to return an item and I found that not only did I have to pay return shipping (which I did with insurance and tracking and cost $10.00), but I was told I would also be charged a 20% restocking fee. I will not purchase any items from this web store in the future. I will purchase from Amazon in the future. They have a great selection of frames and either free or very low cost on return shipping and no restocking fees.

I have not been able to loosen the screws to install my new lenses. As a result I have been unable to use these frames. This Is very disappointing. I have used these same frames for many years and this is the first time I'v had this problem. Help!

The green glasses showed on the web is a different shade than what arrived. The green was much brighter in the picture on the web. When the glasses came they were more of a deep forest green than a lawn green. Plus, has to call to find out what the composition of the frame, before the purchase. Frames are metal and others are plastic-that information should be listed on the site. Also, the country in which the frames are made, should also be listed. Find the European, Korean, and Japan frames are an overall better fit.

They had the frames I wanted when nobody else did but there are a few problems. There's a mark on one lens, in the coating I think because I cant feel it with a fingernail. One lens is a bit loose in the frame, I'll have someone local fix it. "Edge polishing" option is not worth it, I reckon it just went straight from the lens shaping machine to the buffer with no smoothing in between. If I'd bought these locally they'd be going back.
