I have a very unique prescription, and not only did they double check with me to make sure I entered it correctly, but they totally nailed the prescription lenses. The frames are gorgeous and came with the authenticity certificate, the branded case, the branded cleaning cloth, a cool frames cloth, AND they took the added step of including the original Gucci lenses in the package, since I had the prescription lenses put in. What a pleasant surprise!! I could not possibly be happier. Seriously, this is a spectacular company who went above and beyond, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I know this is an over the top glowing review, but you guys, it was such a good purchase.

This is my second pair. I was so pleased with my first pair purchased through my eye doctor's office. They are very well made. I'm hard on glasses this is the first frame that did not fall apart on me. After years of abuse their was very minor damage. It only took the eye doctor's office a few minutes to fix them. My eye doctor was out of stock in my color choice so I found them here at CoolFrames.com their service was very fast with in a week I had my new pair of glasses.

This is the third pair of frames I have ordered from Cool Frames since 2017! I keep ordering the same pair because they are so sturdy. Not only am I impressed that they still carry the same frame, their customer service is great. Eton helped me this time and optimized my experience with his patience, tone and knowledge about purchasing the product and online process. He needs a RAISE!

Excellent customer service! It's true my custom Silhouette glasses took a while to arrive, but well worth the wait. I mean it's authentic, so it does take time to get manufactured at the plant in Austria, then sent to CoolFrames in Brooklyn and then mailed out to me in Atlanta. And the price was great with insurance, and for all the detailed questions I had, the CoolFrames team had the answers or asked the right people on their team to get the answers. When buying online these days, you never know what service you are going to get, but every CoolFrames employee has consistently been helpful, happy, and friendly! Highly recommend!

It did take a while to receive my order, but it wasn't CoolFrames.com's fault. The delivery service routed the package across the country, not directly to me. Figure it was a mix-up in shipping somewhere.

Well laid out website, easy to find the frames and lens options, I received both my distance and computer prescriptions in a timely manner. Remember to ask your eye doctor for your P.D. (pupil distance) as that is a requirement to complete your prescription lens and isn't always on your doctor's prescription form.
