Great service i paid $180 on a optical around my house for a frame and I bought the same exact frame for $69 on Coolframe.com When I placed the order I picked the wrong size and I didn’t find out till I got my order deliver in like 5 days after placing my order and I called customer service to make an exchange and they were great I got the replacement in less than a week after I sent the frames back. I’m so happy with this website they just saved about $200

I just received my Equinox eyeglasses and couldn't be happier! I had been wearing a pair of the same frames for several years and unfortunately dropped them and they broke. I went ahead and purchased glasses from another online company and was not happy with them at all--no matter what I did they kept slipping off my nose. I can't tell you how thrilled I was when I found the Equinox frames at Cool Frames...and at an excellent price! Delivery was quick and I finally have glasses that stay on my face.
