I have used Cool Frames twice...once for just frames and once for complete set of glasses...frames + lenses. I am very satisfied. I received exactly what I ordered at considerable savings over other storefront optical stores. Their customer service was top notch. I would use them again.

Really straight forward, and do as they say! I accidentally ordered a pair of Ic! Berlin's that where too large, they quickly helped me get new ones, no hassle no problem. I paid the return shipping which seemed fair. Only feedback would be to add a page that helps customers figure out what size frames are too large or too small. Something simple. Beyond that, great!

I had never ordered frames from a place like this before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew which frames I wanted and ultimately I was very satisfied with the service. The frames were affordable and they came within the estimated shipping time. They arrived in good shape and have held up so far (four months or so). If I want specific frames again, I'll probably use CoolFrames again (and I may want these same frames again, if they are still available).
