The order process went fine, but did not recieve a tracking number and their track package feature just takes you to the main page, so no idea if it shipped or what, but after a couple of weeks the frames were delivered. Frames were new in package and boxed properly. great frames at a great price.. just poor tracking on this website.

The frames I selected were on back order, so it took a whole month (30 days) for my glasses to arrive. I didn't know this until I contacted them on the status of my order. It would've been better if they sent an email once they knew the order would be delayed. Other than that, the glasses were the correct prescription and frames were in perfect condition. No hard case provided, just a felt/microfiber covered bag.

They're super cute! I hate ordering frames on-line when there isn't free return shipping because you never know how they'll fit, but these worked out great this time. My 7 year old daughter has a petite face and these are perfect - not huge on her face! We love Nike frames because they have nice, subtle colors, not obnoxious pink and purple only as girl options.

Besides the slow delivery of my frames, the process was very easy and the shopping options were plentiful.
