The lenses were made too big for the frames. Frames would not close properly over them. Need to work on quality control.

The glasses were supposed to tint in the sunlight instead just came like sunglasses fully tinted. Not what I ordered but thx anyway!

Package that was coming from onestate over went to three different states before arriving late. Recieved the wrong pair of frames, but due to Covid-19 had to make the best of a bad situation. Issue couldn't be resolved with the provided solution due to the immediate need for the frames, but the sales representative was nice and understanding.

Glasses ordered were said to be in stock weren't, was charged two day shipping didn't get frames, different ones because the ones on the website that said they were in stock would take a month, received frames in about two weeks and was still charged two day shipping

Paid for overnight shipping, but when I asked about why my order wasn't sent, I was informed of the processing time which was up to 5 days. I ordered on my phone and that statement was not as visible as it is on the full page view. I checked it again by going to the order process for another pair and again the processing time was not noticable. Be aware of this when placing your order. I was not refunded the overnight shipping payment and I received my order 6 days after I placed my order.

The return policy was not as listed. Very disappointed as I had just purchased a separate pair of frames the week prior. I did bring up to the employee I would leave a review if the was not refunded as written in the policy.

At first I was really excited when I found my discontinued frames at coolframes.com. That is where my excitement ended. After ten days with no notification of shipment I called customer service and was told that they had an email from me canceling my order. (There was no such email from me) Then I was told the cancellation email was from someone with a "similar" name to mine, really is that how you do business I hope John Smith never has to order glasses from you, no chance they will be right. Fast forward to my glasses actually arriving, I ordered transition lenses in my new glasses, but have yet to see them change. I was outside in the direct sun for several hours and the tinting was hardly noticeable, nothing like transitions I have had before. Also the glare on these lenses is like no other I have ever had, even with the so called anti glare coating. So today marks the 4th day I have had my glasses and there is already a scratch on the lens. I am not hard on my glasses and I honestly have no idea how the scratch got there but nevertheless it is there. I still like the frames, there are tried and true but the lenses and customer service I was provided by coolframes was sub-par and I will never use this company again. To clarify from Coolframes response. I ordered on February 28th and received on March 13....so 14 days.

I received the item as ordered in a good amount of time. The frame wound up being too small for my face. Why does Coolframes have the customer pay return shipping plus charge us 20% “restocking fee”? I get it. It’s retail and it’s all about revenue generation - even when you don’t make a sale. But I order online because I can’t be I’m Brooklyn [from where this item was apparently shopped] and so took a chance that the item would be a good fit. Why penalize the customer for shopping with you, in good faith, only because the item did not fit??? This transaction just promotes the message that the eyeglasses industry is one big scam. 20%??? Really??? Very disappointing!
