Broke my frame and sent in for the warranty. When I first ordered, my receipt said "Mens Eyeglasses" so I called and the woman who I talked with in July, and she changed it to the smaller size, but didn't put this on my receipt. This was for a "47" NOT A 49!" I had a warranty and they sent the wrong size! These are HUGE! They sent me the wrong size and won't honor the size I originally got! The guy, Alex, who says he's a manager, wants to argue and raise his voice. Keeps talking over me. Rude! DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SHYLOCKS! They are not trustworthy, and will not honor their mistake! I will tell everybody!

my boyfriend ordered me a pair of sunglasses for christmas from this company, they were too wide for my face so he started the exchange process. They told him to have me pick out a new pair for the exchange which I did. They are now refusing the exchange and won't help at all. This is a pair of $500 sunglasses and now we are stuck with them. This must be a scam company, no legitimate company would refuse a straight exchange like this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

One of the worst choices I have made in life was to order from these people. Absolute liars. I ordered glasses on DECEMBER 17th. Was told they’d be here before Christmas. It is now January 4th and I’ve yet to receive them. When I put my order number in to track it I am told the order isn’t found. Never order glasses from these scam artists.

Sizing Woes and Unhelpful Customer Service I recently purchased frames from Glasses, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite ordering what was advertised as their largest size (medium), the frames turned out to be tighter than my current ones. When I reached out to customer service, specifically Sam, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and a dismissive attitude. Sam's response was to ask me to find frames with the correct size online, which, unsurprisingly, I couldn't. Moreover, their return policy is quite unfavorable – they offered only a 20% refund for a $600 purchase. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is disheartening. Beware of sizing discrepancies and be cautious when dealing with Glasses, as they seem more interested in profit than customer satisfaction.

I can't get my glasses. They claim they sent them via USPS. USPS has not delivered them. I can't speak for the quality. I don't have the glasses, and there is no way to get them or a replacement. CoolFrames does not take responsibility for delivery.

Correct frames but completely incorrect lenses. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware LOOK VERY CLOSELY AT THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. The fees are ridiculous and the minimal time frame to return the glasses are impossible. Thanks for the junk.

They lie about shipping they tell you they have it on hand to ship then when it doesn’t ship they tell you they had to order them but if you want to refund they will refund you your money but send it out with standard shipping they do nothing to right their wrongs and they very much false advertise do not order glasses from them
