I had such a great experience working with Genesis. I was unsure of what I wanted and asked a lot of questions. They walked me through all of my options and helped me find a solution that fit within my budget. Genesis did not try to upsell me on products that I didn't need. They were patient and kind with all of my questions. I shopped around both online and in person and CoolFrames had the best prices. I've ordered with them before and I will order with them again.

This is my 2nd pair of Cartier eye glasses; prescription and all. For the 2nd time in a row I love them. It took awhile from them to come because they were on back order. I love my glasses. The Guess glasses I wanted were only available at CoolFrames for a great price. I ordered them on May 18th they arrived at my door on May 24th. The entire transaction was smooth. These glasses are sooo nice and are totally perfect. Thank you CoolFrames!

My glasses are perfect. They came just before the two week mark that I was quoted when ordering. I was notified when my specialty lenses were ordered and then again when my order shipped with USPS tracking number.

I have quite bad astigmatism, and at 52, my reading needs magnification. I already knew Coolframes are a legit company, with authentic originals. My last (and best) glasses came from there; Cazal 607/2s, so I confidently shelled out to the tune of around $900 on an old school pair of Ultra Goliath IIs with prescription lenses. Progressives, I bought the Varilux Comfort W2+ (Digital) Transitions High Index Lenses with Scratch Polish and Crizal Opti Fog. I must admit, I became slightly concerned when the UPS tracking updates went cold for over a week, but then they arrived this morning. This is NOT a criticism of Coolframes. They let me know when they were sent out, and I don't reasonably expect anyone to be daily monitoring my delivery updates. I paid them 25th March, I was alerted that they were ready, and shipped on 11th April, which is not long, by any means. My prescriptions are pretty full, so they usually take longer to prepare than most. There is room for improvement with the UPS udates though, that were only until the departure scan (from Hauppauge). I live in London, and they've just arrived. It was worth the wait! The prescription is perfect. Looking through these specs is exactly as it was in the opticians chair a month ago, and the transitions are reacting nicely to the sunlight. I was under no misconceptions; I already knew they were never going to be quite as dark as my prescription sunglasses, and that's fine. I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back, and so will my family. First time buyers, be aware that the UPS trail may go cold for a week or so....don't panic! Also, do some research. I see some comments and complaints on here that are pretty unfair. These are 100% genuine, as are my Cazals.
