Love my new glasses. Ordered over the holidays so took until after the new year to receive.

Frames were ordered on Dec 29. They had not been shipped by Jan 17, so I phoned. They were mailed the same day. Not sure what was going on with the delay in shipment. New frames are great, a replacement for the same frame that broke. Which I originally got from a local vendor.

Quick processing of order and tracking. only problem was that I was not informed of signature required on delivery so it took a few more days to receive it

My experience at Coolframes went fairly well. I was a little worried about the negative reviews I saw, but still went ahead to give them a try for myself. The rep I called ahead of time to see if the frames were in stock was awesome. She was nice and knowledgeable, she also let me know how the process would be for my prescription lenses. My glasses took about 1.5 weeks to arrive. They came packaged well, but my lenses did have some film around the rim. The film came off easy with some rubbing. The prescription is great and the frames look good. I would do business again in the future.

I love my new glasses. These are my first pair of progressive lenses glasses. The highest praise I can give a company is to say I would do business with them again.

I am giving Coolframes four stars . The actual frames looked a little different than the photo I was disappointed. I also did not keep the frames I ordered because they were to large for my face . The overall customers services was great and outstanding. I have a very small face and I have a hard time finding glasses that don’t sit on my face. I have other glasses from the company Menizzi and love the way they fit.
