I was told (by Eton (or Eaton) I believe was his name- your CSR) the frames are 53 when I asked before buying.....When I received them, they were actually 50, not 53 and now I am stuck with a smaller frame then what I would need for my face. Secondly, I spoke to the same CSR regarding the 10% discount that I was entitled to receive for my order and he assured me I will get the $13 back on my order which never happened. I was charges the whole $130 for my frames. He was very nice and friendly, the only thing is that both his responses were innacurate and/or not properly completed.

I expected the frames to come with a warranty at such a cost,but was disappointed. Overall the sizing was ok.

The sunglasses I received were bent. The alignment is still off. I was disappointed in what I received. It wasn't worth sending back because these sunglasses have been discontinued.

Good price, had the item I wanted. The promised shipping time was a little deceptive.

While the product turned out fine; the company communication and policies are not customer friendly.

The glasses are good, but the arms seem to be uneven and as a result the glasses lenses are crooked, or on a slant on the face. Can this be remedied? What do you suggest or is there a reason this has occurred?

Hi , Order 1224747, I bought sunglasses on a Canadian site coolframes.ca and I paid in Canadian money. Why did I have to pay an additional $ 30 in customs? I find it deplorable you should advise.

This review is not about the frames. The frames were fine. The concern I have is with the total number of contacts by different employees. It all began when I received an email saying the frame size I originally ordered was not in stock, but the same frame was available in a slightly different size. I responded to the email by saying I would reorder in the different size. Later that day I received another email from a different person informing me of the same thing as the original email. I ignored that email assuming the reorder was already taken care of. The next day I received a voice mail from still another person telling me the same thing as the original email. At this point I thought the reorder was not made. So I returned the call speaking to yet another different person. Finally I was confident the reorder was accomplished. If you are thinking the transaction was finished you would be wrong. Later that day I received another email from another person saying the same as the original email. I ignored that email. This company needs to work on their internal communications.
