While CoolFrames is a good site - the selection for my size is not great. The frames I selected are too similar to what I currently own when received.

Lenses in the frames were the wrong style ordered.

I ordered my glasses on May 22 and received them on June 9 which I felt was very reasonable. I had some communication thru email with customer support in between ordering and receiving the glasses, and I felt that they were very responsive, friendly and informative. When I received my glasses, they were so warped that when I sat them down on the counter one ear piece was almost a full inch raised up off of the counter while the other sat directly on the counter. When I ordered these glasses, I ordered them with the exact same specs and frames as the glasses I ordered from my doctor but were lost in an accident. Those fit perfect without any adjustments. Obviously, these were so warped that they did not fit. I contacted customer service immediately. 24 hours later and still no response back. I took the glasses to walmart eye center to try to fix and they are much better, but the frame was so warped they couldn't get them 100%. I would recommend just going to your doctor and ordering them. I saved like $80 by going through coolframes and now I have warped glasses to show for it.

The customer service was super rude. I exchanged my frames but they never gave me a shipping confirmation or tracking number so I have no idea when my package is coming

My order was forgotten about, I sent an email to chase and gave me a new dispatch date, this was also missed. Eventually on the third attempt they were dispatched and on arrival one of the lenses was loose in the case and the frames seemed slightly bent. At no point did coolframes.com seem concerned. I won't be using again or recommending

I had looked on multiple sites for frames and this one had all 3! It also said easy returns. Only open daytime mon-fri Hung up on twice. Finally a real person and advised me there is a 20% restocking fee and when I complained of advertising, she stated that was way was. Was in fine print Mailed back and 5 d after receipt still have not gotten refund credit!! Steer clear of this company

They have a TERRIBLE return policy, it cost me $50.00 for a restocking fee and shipping fees to and from their store after getting the wrong size glasses! That is more than a third of the original price including shipping. Ripoff artists at best!

I guess the product was what we expected but their customer service is not good. I send an email with a complain as I paid $55 for shipping to get the package as fast possible and they sent it through USPS. They don't say in their website they will send it through this service which links to Canada Post. That service is not fast at all. For regular shipping also through USPS the shipping was free. I would have never pay $55 for gaining 2 days on the delivery. It is ridiculous. I need my $55 back as shipping method wasn't different than the one setup in their website as "free shipping". I know with COVID-19 things are slower, but that is not the point; the point is that premium shipping is not equal to USPS-Canada Post by principle. And for international shipping they need to use USPS so don't offer the service; that is very easy to setup in a website.
