Thank you for having XXL frames. Many companies don't have frames that would fit me comfortable

Quality and fast shipping. Also the frames looked real and they also look better than the pictures. I look very attractive and stylish to present myself at work and when I play.

I buy prescription frames (with no lenses) every month for several years. Every site seems to say they have it in stock, only to make me wait 3-8 weeks. Because it's NOT in stock but rather (supposedly) in stock at the mfr. Cool frames site tells you what is in stock and available for shipment TODAY. I honestly didn't believe it so I called customer service who was super nice and so I ordered my products, paid for next day air service, and received them the very next day. I will start all my searches at cool frames from this point on.

I tried to order my glasses online but had questions so… I called CoolFrames twice, 2 different issues. Eton and Lee was both very helpful and pleasant. I received my glasses last week, Silhouette frames, and they fit as well as my last Silhouette framed glasses, which I have had for 20 years. I was worried about ordering glasses online but, I must say, I have been pleasantly surprised.
