Lack of inventory out if stock. This was my first time ordering with you and this is not a good first experience.

There is an imperfection rough surface on one side of the frame

Price of sunglasses I bought was triple what I found on Amazon. Shouldn't have looked there first. That said, service was very good.

The gentleman that took order wrote down one of the numbers wrong. But Coolframes is going to rectify the problem. Just sent my glasses back to them.

I knew these were great frames because I had a pair made up last year. But my puppy took the opportunity to chew them up. So fast forward a year- I found them at Cool Frames for the best price and bought them. I do have vision insurance and was not given an option from Cool Frames to use my frame allowance for the purchase. This is the reason for 3 stars. Hoping to get reimbursed from my insurance company I call them and found that in buying frames "out of network", I am out of luck in getting any reimbursement. Please be sure to call your vision insurance first before buying frames online

I called to verify the frame had spring hinges. I was told yes and they do NOT have spring hinges.

The frame I received appears as though someone else may have previously owned them. The plastic arm covering was very worn and only one arm was covered. Also, when u set frame on a level table, the frame is crooked.... didn't sit leveled

Look at the same copy/paste company response to only 5-star reviews and the complete ignoring of all other reviews by coolframes staff. I was on the fence reading these reviews but that tells me just about all I need about this company and their sense of customer service. The search continues...
