5 stars for the glasses 👍 glasses are wonderful good quality. 2 stars for the rude customer no service young man he did nothing helpful. Not knowing their shipping agreement with FedEx. I paid for overnight shipping. I didn’t receive the glasses overnight because CoolFrames is only allowed a signature required on all of their deliveries per FedEx. If the person who ordered the glasses are not at home no delivery. You will have to pick your glasses up at the FedEx location in a pandemic. Per CoolFrames there’s nothing they can do about the delivery they have a hold on their FedEx account. Extremely unhelpful. So you pay for overnight delivery which if you’re not at home you won’t get. You’re supposed to take days off waiting for FedEx signature required delivery. Or go to FedEx to pick up however far away it maybe from you. If you’re elderly, sickly, handicapped you’re just supposed to figure it out and go in a pandemic to FedEx. With no refund for the overnight shipping. Never mind not being able to see without -11.75 glasses that you don’t have.

The lens for my new glasses were not correctly installed and kept falling out. After repeated attempts to fix (I even took to a local eye glass store), the lenses continued to fall out. I contacted CoolFrames several times regarding this problem and sent my glasses back for repair (I live in another state). To my surprise, I was told that I had to pay a processing fee for them to correct this problem with my new glasses. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was terribly disappointed in this response from CoolFrames. I will not be using again!

My order came promptly, however, it was not the correct accessory for my glasses. The picture incorrectly implied it was a different model. I sought a return, which required an email for "approval." I did not receive a response to my email. It appears they took my money and ran. Not sure what happened. Would recommend caution when dealing with this company. Read the fine print.

Ordered my second pair of oakleys and asked for a discount through Email and didn’t get a reply or a discount on my order . Spent hundreds for 2 pair .. customer service could be better . Thanks

So far I am not impressed. I will rate them again if they can redeem themselves in my eyes. First frames I ordered the color did not look at all like the picture on their website or like the ones I tried on in a shop. Returned with order for different frames. After 10 days I contacted them to find out the status and was told they would be shipping the following week. That week I got an email saying the frames I picked had been discontinued. I am now on my 3rd go-round. While none of these are horrendous occurrences all together they did lead to frustration and lack of confidence. Their communications need to be more timely and their inventory needs to be kept up to date.

When I first ordered these glasses online a little over a year ago I received great service. No issues. I love my glasses. However; when the frame broke and I was trying to figure out about my warranty, I was told I didn't have one so we can't do anything for you. Woman on e- mail said she checked with the company and they confirmed I had no warranty. Well, I found my actual transaction receipt and e-mail confirmation and I did purchase an extra year warranty, so I was covered. I was told curtly to send the glasses in. I did. I had them padded with bubble wrap to make sure they didn't fly around the box. When I got them back, they were in a box with absolutely no packing materials whatsoever. I could hear them flying around the box. Luckily they weren't broken. Not only that but the glasses had So many nasty fingerprints on them. It was disgusting, like they don't even care about the glasses. Especially with a COVID virus going on and they were filthy! I had to wash them several times. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business anymore. A company is only as good as how they handle an issue when it comes up. In this case, not very good!

I use Coolframes to purchase Miraflex glasses for my 1 year old. I love the Miraflex frames, but they aren't generally carried in office. I have purchased frames from Coolframes twice. The first time I used my insurance. The price drop was immense, but the processing time (20 days to ship from time ordered) was too much. The second time I paid out of pocket, hoping to speed up the whole process. I ordered 15 days ago and the glasses still haven't shipped. The color we ordered was out of stock, but we weren't notified of this until I reached out for a processing update a week after they were ordered. Response time from business is great and customer reps are very nice. Their prices are fine, but the processing time (now forming a pattern) is a breaker for me. I will not be re-ordering from them.
