Customer Service was a team of real people who went way beyond to solve a problem I was having. I would not hesitate to buy more Cool Jams. I should add that Cool Jams are the real thing and the fabric keeps you comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. Sleep well everyone!

I need to return these items. I do not like the quality of the fabric at all. I have ben a unable to print my return info. Very upsetting.
Response from Cool JamsOct 12, 2026
Hello Kathleen, Thank you for sharing this with us. Our Returns Center has two ways to send a return: Ship with a return label, or Ship with any carrier of your choice. The first option allows us to generate a label for you, while the other allows freedom for you to ship with any carrier you like. We’ve set up a return label for you to make things easier, and we’ll send you an email. Cool-jams Care Team

I’m not sure which corporation the company sold out to but the website is hard to navigate, intentionally confusing, pushing more items as I’m just trying to verify my order and pay for the items I want. It went from being a company with a good product and a straightforward checkout process to a greedy mess. I won’t be back. I spoke to the friend who originally suggested me to the site years ago and she feels the same way. Gaining profits and losing customers.
